IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BALLOT PLEASE CONTACT A MEMBER OF THE BALLOT ELECTION COMMITTEE ASAP.

THANK YOU FOR VOTING.

The time line for the reelection has been established and Ballots will be mailed to all members on Monday, 02-06-2012. Please allow 5-7 calendar days to receive your ballot.

Your ballot will have to be mailed back in the provided postage paid envelope in time for the counting of the ballots which will take place on Friday, 02-24-2012.

Results will be posted on union boards on Monday, 02-27-2012.

Click on the Qualifications and History link on the Member Home page. You will be able to view the Qualifications and History of the Candidates.

Orange Points Cap Lifted

As most of you know we have been trying to remove the cap on Orange points ever since some of our reps in Lee’s Summit hit the cap in August of 2010. I am very pleased to announce that today we have succeeded!!! The $3,000.00 cap on Orange points has been lifted. It is unlimited until the contract expires and is retroactive for 2011.

If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, or affect my personal working conditions, I respectfully request that my Union Representative, Officer, or Steward be present at the meeting.
